The Place to Rest Your Mind
Lyndhurst Meditation is a non-profit organization, which has been serving the community since 2014.
Our center is the most comfortable, peaceful, and convenient place to meditate. It's a warm and welcoming environment where you can come and rest your mind. It is a place where people learn true coexistence by becoming one through meditation.
In 2020, as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we began offering meditation classes online. Many people are meditating and finding peace within, even during uncertain times, all while connecting with a supportive community.
Meet the Meditation Guides
Each of our meditation guides have over 10 years of experience in guiding meditation and are passionate about helping people.
Before starting this meditation, I had never loved myself and always felt lost inside. This method helped me to identify where all those negative thoughts came from and how to cleanse them. This process gave me so much happiness and freedom. Now, I have been guiding meditation for over 10 years and witnessed so many people experience dramatic changes and find the happiness within. I am dedicated to help others so that people can live with more meaning and purpose in their lives.
I became a meditation guide because practicing changed my life in a way that I didn’t think was possible. I now live with the feeling that everything is ok and everything is going to be ok. I wish for everyone to be able to have this level of peace of mind. I was also able to realize answers about my life and the world all through clearing my mind. This brought me great joy. I am dedicated to help as many people as possible truly live.
I always looked for answers to the deeper meaning of life. It wasn't until I began to practice this meditation that all the deep questions of my mind began to be resolved. Everyday now I feel so happy and energized to share this delightful gift of meditation. I feel hopeful and grateful to be able to share this powerful method with people all over the world. Doing meditation online has shown to be powerful for us to connect and become one during challenging times.
I have been practicing meditation for over 15 years. Through meditation I was able to find true happiness, true peace and true self. These do not exist outside in the world, but have found out it exists in our clean mind and heart which is the universe. Through the meditation method that is practiced, everybody can find true happiness, peace and their true self.
